We are open 24/7. We process orders Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. We do NOT process orders on weekends or holidays.

Please check main store page for any changes in processing times due to holidays, vacation, etc.

Processing:

Although we begin the design layout process almost immediately, your order will be finalized and printed within 5 - 7 business days from date of information receipt, cleared payment and proof approval if required or requested.

Communication is key for a successful transaction. Sometimes we may need to contact you via email. We use your PayPal email address for all communications regarding your personalization information. Your order can not be processed without clear, complete information.

Proofs:

Some products require proofs, others do not. Whether a proof is required or requested, it will be emailed to you within 3 business days of cleared payment and receipt of your complete personalization information.

If proof is required there is no additional charge. If proof is not required but you would like to receive one there will be a $3.00 proof charge. All products that do not require a proof will have an option for you to select to receive one.

Make sure to review your proof very carefully. Once approved, we will not accept changes as your order will be finalized shortly after proof approval is received.

Your order will NOT be processed until we receive your final proof approval, whether it is required or requested. Check your email often, including junk/spam folder for emails from us.

Shipping:

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation included. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once USPS has confirmed delivery.

US sales only. We do NOT ship internationally at this time.

Payment:

We accept PayPal. You may use your credit card via this method with or without a PayPal Account. Accepted credit cards include Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover. After you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to sign up for a free PayPal account, but if paying by credit card this is not required. If you already have a PayPal account, you may pay by credit card method or your account balance.

By law, we are required to add sales tax to all orders shipped within Pennsylvania.

Returns:

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied you may return product for a refund. Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If we make an error we will send a new order immediately upon receiving your notification. If error is made by you, we will reprint your order, but unfortunately we will have to charge you again.

It is very important for you to review the informatiion you submit to us. Check over your spelling and punctuation. Check your email frequently as we may have questions on information provided.

Cancellations/Changes:

Cancellations are not available. Once order is placed, design process begins. Changes in design are not permitted.

If incorrect information was submitted, contact us immediately. If order has not yet been printed, we will work with you on changes needed. This will likely delay processing of your order.

Packaging/Logos:

Your order will be professionally packaged for gift giving or your own use. Our website address is imprinted in small text on the back side of some of our products, such as our note cards.

Ink/Graphic Colors:

Due to monitor differences and screen settings, printed product may differ from online viewing. We do NOT guarantee colors. If you are concerned about matching a particular color, please contact us prior to making any purchase.

Copyright:

The graphic artwork used throughout this website is copyright protected and cannot be copied or used in any way without the permission of the artist who holds the copyright. We hold licenses to use graphics that are copyright protected.

All design concepts/layouts, text, proofs are property of A Little Stationery Shoppe and may NOT be copied or used in any way without written consent.

Privacy:

We do NOT share or sell your personal information. The information we receive is used to process your order, and that's it.
